   sorry to seem thick but how do i input my ws coordinates in cumulus station settings,have got them wrote down but i cant put all the numbers in the sec box on the station settings page,all i want to do is send data to Weather Underground

The seconds are entered to two significant figures, so round what you have to two digits.
