For those who are green when it comes to coding php, css, html and others like I am, I found a link through
www.groupon.com to take 10 courses for php, css, mysql, html (including html5) among others for $99 (regualr price is more than $600).
This is not guaranteed to work in your market through groupon. Go to groupon and search "computer training" or "Learn to Code 2013 bundle". Hopefully you can get ahold of this and use it to aid in your website building/tweaking.
I cannot confirm if this will work overseas. If so, the price I posted above is in US dollars. Your locations in the US will vary. some may find it for a slightly higher price. It may not be available in other areas. Please reply if you can take advantage in this. I would like to see who can.
