First full day of diet where I believe carb count stayed under 20 grams. Weight loss -4 lbs. Don't think its water because I drink plenty water with lemon, tea, coffee black throughout. FYI most days exercise 20-40 minutes daily, jog or fast walk.
Food yesterday- I do take 500 mg berberine (Pro Caps) as supplement with food and European milk thistle proprietary blend from (Life Extensions)
breakfast- Bulletproof coffee made with 1 tbsp MCT oil skipped the butter.
11 am Lunch-1 hard boiled egg, 1 large avocado.
7:30 pm Dinner- I was hungry, 6 portions tilapia steaks smothered in butter, garlic, pepper and 8 brussel sprouts. Glucose after 45 minutes was only 123 with near 9 carbs in brussel sprouts.
