Thanks Richard

are you using a TP-LINK device ? if so that data is not available in those devices , I believe that values(s) are only in NANOSD or Meteobridge pro .. perhaps I need to create a fallback for TP-LINK types ... if you go here https://www.ilfracombeweather.net/console/mbridge/MBrealtimeupload.txt

you can see the value expected is not present so it outputs the actual string highlighted in red Bold..hope that helps , I will try and come up with an ignore but can't promise anything too soon

strange icon FTXT ? == Forecast Text click it and it shows summary forecast text ?

screenshot
[ You are not allowed to view attachments ]

trying to find a solution to accommodate various languages where phrases often break alignments so opted for a single icon ..

don't forget the version in the link you gave is for the NANOSD not TP-LINK .. for TP-Link types your better off sticking with the console version you had setup originally according to my bookmark https://www.ilfracombeweather.net/console/index.php

the NANOSD version main display has not been updated since December 2019 . I hope too in time to just phase it out and just use the
Console version .It has a 50% smaller footprint , less overhead and suits devices, desktops to Smart TV , I have an update to push
for but ill wait to see if I can come up with a solution for the rainfall in almanac for TP-Link types.
https://weather34.com/homeweatherstation/ shows clearly the two versions and the NANOSD version will be phased out in time as majority have switched to the Stand Alone version , its easier to implement into existing websites where users like to do their own thing  here is an example https://okawvillewx.com nothing complicated just works as it should.

Woolf (Graham) I have fixed your issue with mmHg for some reason the default $conv=1 went astray probably my error . please check yours now.ps your on auto update so no need to do anything..

Atlantic21 I think I saw one issue with time data updated for charts so fixed that but I will need some dedicated time to come up with a fallback for TP-LINK where certain history data is not available like last month/year rainfall. there is a pushed update for console version with a new color coded Beaufort module and a couple of minor fixes elsewhere.

graham I have spent last 20 minutes trying to replicate some error but I can't unfortunately . Im using only Microsoft edge also installed latest  for Mac which is built on Chromium , I don't have any windows based pc's . so question is are you using the latest version for Microsoft edge ? .. accept my apologies but I have no means of dealing/replicating with windows based issues.

screenshot of your current today charts

@atlantic21 I made a few changes to smooth out the bottom tab bar options .

so question for you the new Beaufort module is it of use or should be optional to choose from using wind average data or Beaufort data .based on a request from meteobridge forum a few weeks ago so kind of interested if its worth having.

@Cavaliere  standalone version works as a dedicated console and is a very slimmed down version of NANOSD version .
the standalone version will be the only template getting updates the NANOSD version I hope to phase out over time .
Standalone version has a very small footprint and suited to most devices from phones to SMART TV . NANOSD version in comparison is quite rich in data but not ideal for quick glance observations due to there is a lot information which hard to make it useful for tablet devices  .

Using the Standalone version is the way to go its easier to work on and to setup as you found out :-) .However choice is yours no obligations just the NANOSD version grew over time and pretty much exhausted all feasiable options hence no updates since December 2019..

So I can also install the NANOSD version since for now I use it on my site, so it would be bigger, doesn't it conflict with the smart version already installed? Where can I download the NANOSD version?

https://www.ilfracombeweather.net/console/index.php

oK @Atlantic21 I added a work around for TP LINK devices where last month/year rainfall is not available in the almanac screen.

best I could do hope its of use. screenshot below shows the scenario of value present or value not present .

Guys as I imagined, the NANOSD version, conflicts with the smart version of weather34, you have to decide or one or the other together cannot live, because meteobridge sends data only to one of the two files. or am I wrong?

Brian, some observations:
1) The Rain scale when set to INCHES is either 1" or 5" even though max for any day is < 0.2"
2) When I exit charts, format goes to 4:3 aspect ratio even though I was in 16:9 when I selected charts.
3) I am running latest build, but the info.html still says version 3, not 4.

I use both and point both versions to the same MBrealtimeupload.txt file that is populated by meteobridge Weather34 Network tab (thanks Brian!).   This file contains the weather station raw data ever X minutes...

Hi guys, I still don't understand the differences between the Standalone version and the SMART version?

I installed this: http://www.ombarcellonapg.com/wdisplay/Weather34/index.php

hope this helps but the NANOSD version has much more data displayed and many more options it has reached its limit .
The newer Stand alone version is a recent development and ideally suited for permanent displays be it tablet to a smart tv many of use low cost tablets  or old unused iPads and the recent use of Smart TV ..hope it helps Brian...

examples of using stand alone version on tablet or smart tv

android smart tv 32"

low cost OEM tablet

Hello I just tried to point this template on the same one that is generated for the SMART version, but I have problems like the one attached why?

And after I notice that the davis station block remains incomplete, not having a davi station, can I remove that block?

please note nanosd version works with davis hardware only it was designed around the nanosd features thats why your seeing the nag screen because your weather station is not compatible with nanosd or offers many of the features. please use stand alone version as that is compatible with most types of meteobridge or perhaps use  other templates if you need or want more features .. nanosd version = davis hardware .

https://www.meteobridge.com/wiki/index.php/Meteobridge_NANO_SD

sorry its not to your liking .

But imagine sorry for what?

We would miss you, we are all friends, united by the same passion, I thought I could also use this type of template, since the standalone one is a bit reduced as a data display, but the fault is mine that I didn't immediately tell you the weather station I had.
Now I remove the Nanosd version, and I keep the standalone one.

Don't worry something new to play with something to learn if it doesn't suit your needs nothing lost nothing gained choice is always yours ..

NANOSD version was built around the features of the Meteobridge NANOSD back in 2018 through 2019 where it offers a vast array of historical data + other data not found in the popular lower cost DIY TP-LINK types .
https://www.meteobridge.com/wiki/index.php/Hardware

Stand alone version was designed for permanent displays particularly the idea came from when I purchased a low cost OEM tablet for $36 and found it quite useful as a display as the Davis VP2 console is hard to read unless your sitting right on top of it and my wife doesn't appreciate the industrial look of the console so hence the console version ,its useful for quick glance etc and it was just fortunate it didn't require all the features of the NANOSD product and was 95% useable with TP Link types . Then I had to buy a TV for our guest room I picked up a 32'' Android based smart tv thats how the SMART TV layout evolved..
so there we are thats the background and without the help of the meteobridge forum users https://forum.meteohub.de/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=14398 it would have never evolved or materialized ..so unite we do and best of all collaborate it gives a wider perspective to learn from..  have fun ...Brian

Thank you very much Brian, for your perfect explanation, since for 3 years I have been used to meteotemplate, which is a template designed for websites,
I thought that it could have had larger weather34;)
If it will ever be possible to do it or if possible add the function in the control panel, choosing the most useful size based on the uses, which each of us can do.

In the setup "METEOBRIDGE Software Path to Data file" MBrealtimeupload.txt you will need to change it for one of the versions to the path of the other. I installed the Standard version in a new directory of the Console version and called it PWS, then added the sub-dir path for Console version to that of the Standard version (PWS/mbridge/MBrealtimeupload.txt).
