PurpleAir SDII : channel "A" is downgraded ?

hello
i have a sensor PurpleAir installed in French **  SEREMANGE ERZANGE FR this morning I noticed that my channel "A" sent me a dysfunction (downgraded) ! carried out a usual cleaning following the instructions read in the FAQ but the problem persists! an idea ?? thank you in advance Regards fto

Thank you Simon i just redo a cleaning but not solved yes i also just send a message to technical support waiting response ... the sensor is in service since July 2018  :?: :arrow: to be continued

 :idea:the sensor has found a "normal" operation until now where the channel "A" is down again !! the sensor is about to become "out"  :oops:

hello
today i redid a sensor (new) maintenance
taken out of service for about 1 hour !
restarted in the middle of the afternoon (3:30 pm GMT) ==> it seemed ok
ten minutes later, again channel "A" down  :evil:
a year after commissioning the sensor already a malfunction and the warranty naturally has expired  :twisted:

Either you replaced Sensor B accidentally or you got a dud. Does happen.
