Ambient Model WS-2902C

Sorriest station ever owned. Customer service is worthless.  Want to replace it but is Sainlogic the same company?  Thanks, looks like a great forum!

Sainlogic is not the same company.  It is/was a vendor of fineoffset products, but not everything it sold under its name was fineoffset. I just looked at their current offerings and they do not appear to be fineoffset .

Fineoffset is the manufacturer of the systems we discuss in here.
Ecowitt is the marketing side of Fineoffset selling directly to consumers
AmbientWeather, Sainlogic and others are weather station sellers/vendors/OEM vendors (some have modifications (Ambient does)), and typically rebrand FineOffset stuff, but they may also sell stuff from other manufacturers, so one has to be careful on what is compatible with what , if at all.

Is something wrong with console, or the outdoor sensors? I have had no trouble at all with mine. It is the Tycon Power version, but is the same manufacturer.
