2 AW 2902C's Now
« on: August 29, 2022, 04:20:56 PM »
After having the one in my backyard for a couple of years now (KMIHOLLA153), decided to get a second one for our place at the lake, about 25 miles away (KMIHOPKI19). Put it up over the weekend and it's reporting as it should. Through the years we've been going to the lake, it always seemed that we got more rain there than here at home since we're so close to Lake Michigan. So, it called for a second station.

What I find more interesting is that while setting it up, I found that with the 2,000+ RV sites (almost all permanent since you own your lot), that the closest station is about 10 miles away, and that's just one. Beyond that, it's another 10 to the next one. That is, with all the people there, no one has a station. So, I emailed the park to ask if they wanted to share my info with the park (WU website). No answer yet, but it just seems to be a good idea for all these people that come/go there.

Precisely! They already have a large website for members, so it would be a simple add.
