Low Soil Sensor Battery
« on: October 26, 2021, 11:40:21 AM »
So for the first time I’ve seen the low battery block show something other than all batteries are ok. It currently reads Soil 8 battery low.

The problem is I don’t, nor have I ever had a soil sensor. I have a WS-2000 with the main indoor sensor + 4 additional indoor sensors. Any idea? Should I just check all my batteries?

In WsView, do you see a soil sensor and its readings?. As if you do, you may be picking up someone else's stuff, it does happen

If you only have the WS2000 console then you will need to check in settings and look at the sensor ID page.
As suggested if you see a soil sensor indicated you might be detecting this from a nearby neighbour.
If that's the case you can set the sensor to be disabled at this page so it no longer bothers you.
