The "Yesterday" record screen is an important feature for me. Sometimes it starts raining late at night. It would be nice to know how much it rained yesterday.

Not for a while yet is all I can say.
It was due to go out to some testers this month but that's been delayed.
I don't have any details I am afraid.

Patience is required!!

The Barometer is giving me flashbacks to my old WS-1001 which I just replaced with a WS-2000 about 10 days ago.

I don't know if I'd want the graphs on the tablet though.  A "yesterday" display option in the data pages would be cool though, viewable in the apps or on the web.  I only touch the tablet when I need to change a setting or deal with a gremlin.  I'll look at it for "at the moment" results but honestly since I've set it up the only time I've taken it off the wall was to pull the SD Card so I could upgrade the firmware.

I don't know how much space the WS2000 has for firmware and stuff in it either, I'm assuming it could handle the other screens?  Lightning detection isn't something I expected it to be able to do.  I was looking at a Accuweather that had one, but all it did was flash a red light and tell you there was some, no distance etc.  When/if it comes out this one sounds like it will give much better data like distance and stuff.  I'm hoping the sensor is weatherproof, I'll put it outside for better readings.
