our house with a really really blue sky

overlooking the valley

snowy trees behind our house

cedar siding turned white by snow

40mph+ winds.

There should be laws against posting such photos on here when you know there are snow lovers who aren't getting any! ( Snow that is

naw i just spray painted the ground with whipped cream to make it look like snow=)

Those pictures are actually too snowy to be posted in 11 states and the District of Columbia.

You will need to submit additional photos to support your claim.

I've always wanted a home on top of high ground like that. I could set at a window all day just watching the clouds, storms, or just to look over the land. Everybody I tell that to seems to think I'm nuts because of the wind and the resulting extra cost to heat in the winter. But I'm still holding to the dream and have a few places locally in mind that would be almost perfect.

I'm the same way.

When I'm looking at property, I always look for suitable places to mount my weather station.

haha yea kinda a boring night so im catching up:P no fire calls or anything so i figured its about time i get stuff figured out haha.

and yea i do often sit outside..(when its above freezing) and inside when its -30 degrees and blowing 40mph haha, its really cool as you can watch the system come up the valley:)

Yeah no snow here in Mid-west Virginia as well. I am not sure I will ever get a chance to test my Rain Collector Heater under Ice or Snow conditions.

The views are awsome. As for the -30 temps. You can keep them. As for snow. Had 4" a couple of days ago. Yesterdays rain and 50 degree temps & it's all gone. Maybe we'll see some more this coming week.

Sounds like your wanting to start another "Cold" War not being able to test your heater. Remember, it's deterence just having it.

thanks:) yea no work for me either apply everywhere i can but no one is hiring=\ so im working on getting my emt paramedic as im a volunteer firefighter and would like to go full time:)
