During my work with my GPS receivers, I had the following problem: I needed a program that gave me one port twice (ie for two programs at the same time) with the data. Of course, there is something like this: Serial Splitter.

However, with the small tick that I was not able to start this application a second time. That means I could only "double" one port
The two programs that I have found are currently only available as a trial version (14 days) or for purchase (around $ 130)
