La Crosse WS2800

Does anyone know if the Technoline WS2816 is simply a rebadged La Crosse WS2800 ?

They look very similar and I need a replacement anemo which is no longer available for the La Crosse WS2800.

Yeah, they're basically all the same. La Crosse should either reinstate the 2800 series or at least sell the Parts as it is a good Station overall.

Thanks for your reply.   Yes, the two systems are similar but, as I have found out,  not interchangeable, so that I would have had to buy a complete system rather the just the anemo !

Anyway, after ten years of the WS2800, I have now invested in an Ecowitt GW 1102 system.
