Need Help with Webcam to WU

Hello All -  I too am constantly struggling with WU and my webcam. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I know I should give up and walk away but I am stubborn and figure if others can make it work, so can. I need to know how to ftp to myself, rename, resize, then ftp back WU. The ftp'ing to myself is easy, but I get lost on the renaming, resizing and ftp'ing back to WU. Could someone point me in the right direction? Talk to me like I am 4 years old ;). I am using a Windows 10 machine to do the heavy lifting. Webcam is a Reolink RLC-410 5mp. Thanks in advance!

Don't everyone answer at once.... geeze. Got it figured out on my own. I used reaConverter, a simple PS script and FileZilla. Bam done. Should've done it a year ago. Thanks to all those that took the time to read my question.
