New BloomSky Owner from the UK!

Hi everyone!

Ever since I saw the BloomSky I knew I had to have one. I’d been looking for a wireless, solar powered camera solution for a while and this is by far the best option when not wanting to run a computer 24/7. I bought it from weathershop (UK) who appear to be the only ones with it in stock here right now.

Not too many teething problems setting up and it’s happily updating approx 30m from the router. Really enjoying the daily time lapses and checking out other stations via the app.

Although I think I jinxed it, as just after posting that I had a bright purple image (similar to you I believe (?) having found one of your old posts) and now it’s started reporting at more like 30 minute intervals rather than every 5 or so. Images are now back to normal however. Need to keep an eye on it. It cost me a lot of money so I want it to be working properly.
