Yes correct. I should have mentioned that I am using a USB data logger. But I may have cured the problem. For whatever reason,
I was running VWS with the baud rate set for 9600. The default rate for WD is 19200. I have now reset my David VP2 for the 19200
baud rate and so far it has not crashed. Norm
