I called support today because I had an old spare Envoy with firmware 05/27/05. They said they no longer send out the updater. However, support said if I mail it to them they will do it for free. Super nice of them. I also have a console at 1.90 but it is from 2005. Support said that I would gain nothing from updating it. The other 2 consoles and Envoy with serial logger are at 3.80 . Inspite of everything going on it's nice to get good support. I forgot to ask when the VPro3 was coming out....
