Love graupel.   But kids need to make sure they do not confuse it with Dippin Dots (which is not real ice cream)

We get graupel here in NE Lower Michigan quite frequently. Sometimes there will be some flakes mixed in.

We get all likes of frozen precip here, ice crystals, a variety of snowflake types, you name it.
