I kinda missed posting here last week due to family issues. We had a heat wave here last week, and on Tuesday Sept 27th, San Luis Obispo was the hot spot in the nation at... 108°F

This is actually my first wet snow I can recall going into 3rd winter. Usually its colder than heck and powder. This will be melted by noon most likely with 70's forecast later next week.
Officially first Valentine Ne. snowfall. 1.5" measured so far with streets now covered with wet snow. Meanwhile east coast has a hurricane....
I'm not seeing a lot of color here yet. I've seen a lot of leaves go from green to brown to down though for some reason this year.
For those that get Hummingbirds in the Summer, did you notice if they left early this year? I think mine left about 2 weeks early. Have no idea what (if anything) that might mean.
56 here Monday morning. I know that's not cold to you guys but it felt dam good after a hot summer.Of course that first front usually spells the end of the rainy season.Pretty much just Chamber of Commerce weather here for the next 6 months.Yuck.
I was stuck in the 30's all day with fog.
