Title: New on Windy: Global satellite composite
Post by: slavko on July 31, 2019, 09:08:16 AM
Hi WxForum users,

on Windy, we have added a new map - Satellite composite [1].

The composite includes data from EUMETSAT, NOAA, and JMBSC. Satellite images for Europe are available in 5min interval. Other parts of the world are refreshed every 10 - 15 minutes. Himawari and GOES data have a slight delay, which we will address in the near future (caused by EUMETCAST delays).

Let us know what you think here or on Windy Community [2].

Looks really nice for daytime. But still impressive for nighttime.
