Title: Driver for USB logger?
Post by: Tazz 316 on May 27, 2019, 04:20:16 PM
Is installing davis weather link still needed? or is there a standalone driver. If i remember you had to install there software before the logger would work.

And the logger needs to be switched to "serial port mode" - forget the correct term for it off the top of my head. I think that was the only requirement for using the Davis software.

The third-party USB loggers already work in serial port mode.

I would install it anyway. It's an easy way to set alarms and do other things. I use it only for that.
