Anybody have an idea where we could find a moon phase script that displays the monthly lunar activity like from the website below. I think this would be a great addition for any weather website. I've looked around and couldn't find anything.

Shouldn't be too hard to make PHP do that.

Last time I said that I ended up creating the weather graphic script. That's your cue Wink

In looking at the source of the Stardate.org page, it was made by something called Googol Moon Phase Calendar. However, googol.com has gone away (redirected to biggestnumber.com), and I haven't yet been able to find another reference for it.

Thanks for looking guys. Hopefully something pops up out there. I've always been interested in finding out the moon phases a month in advance to plan fishing trips and found that to be the perfect solution. The difference between a half moon and a new or full can make or break the trip. If it were available I could almost bet that would be a huge hit.

Chris,
For $20, you can get Lunar Phase Lite software (WinDo$e) which produces the lunar calendar you've seen (and a bunch of other Lunar goodies).

I've got a couple of PHP class files I've been mulling over, but neither one is as accurate as the Naval Observatory for phase times.

Best regards,
Ken
