Removing White Border

Is there any way to remove the white border from around a webcam and live data window??? You can see what i'm talking about here www.waterfordcityweather.com

I use this HTML for my site. Still have a white frame but smaller and no live data included.  <iframe src="http://icons.wxug.com/webcamramdisk/d/s/YourWuWebCamName/1/widget.jpg?t=1240441131" width="150" height="130" scrolling="no" frameborder="0"></iframe>  Is this what you mean?

You can also do something like this:

Webcam2 picture only

Thanks guys, managed to get the borders down by adjusting the size of width in the HTML code.
