   Thanks!! From a fast scan of the guide it is an excellent resource.  I love the pic at the beginning showing old and new NWS. Wish I had a setup like the Talahassee office with all the computers! Thanks for the post! Applause

Thanks so much for posting this.  This is really a great resource.  I already have found answers to a couple of questions I had regarding forecasting time periods.  This publication will find a prominent spot in my reference library.
