Starting this morning most of my Allison House products have stopped updating.  The Allison House site shows no problems in the status page.  These have all been working for near on two years with no probs up to now.  When I right clicked on each product the Placefile properties window lists under "last error"  Could not load....then lists the URL of the product.
Anyone else having any problems with their Allison House products?  Any suggestions.  I can see nothing that has changed in my settings or anywhere else.  Brick wall Brick wall Brick wall Brick wall  Shocked Shocked

I'm at work now and just checked my radars and they have not updated since 11/30/10 07:14:47 Z time. Did not notice since nothing going on around here. Your radars updating?

I contacted Allison House and they told me to reboot my computer.  They had an outage this morning.  There is more info on their website.  I did reboot and all is well again.  Oh and yes my radar is updating.  It continued to update all during this "outage".

Mine was stuck for a while but changing radar sites and back was enough to reset things without a reboot.

I had tried swithching back and forth between radar sites as well but it did not work for me.  But I usually reboot the computer once a week or so.  It seems to run better after a reboot.

Mine started working again after I restarted GRL3.

So far the computer itself has been up 27 days without a reboot.   Dancing

Ditto! I was a little concerned about what had happened until I read this thread and the Tweet from AllisonHouse.
