Yep, i know i'll be happy. One thing I dislike about Davis is that their accessories are VERY pricey!

They may be pricey but the support is priceless. Enjoy it.

Cool, its not that old then! Im going to order it from Vantage Pro.com, since they seem to have un-beatable prices. It says they have 13 in stock, i'm a little concerned as to whether they have the latest firmware or not... I've heard its a pain in the rear to get your firmware upgraded.

Actually it's not that bad and like I said earlier the support from Davis will resolve that issue for you. I'd recommend Vantagepro myself. They always seem to have the best prices.

In the true sense of the phrase "You get what you pay for", you actually do here. What you purchase is worth every penny for a well built, well functioning weather station. And if something does go wrong, they take care of you promptly. That, in and of itself is worth the extra cost in my book.

I believe it. I've read lots of reviews, and never once have i seen any other ratings than 5 out of 5! I really do believe this is the best consumer weather station on the market, and i'm very excited to get mine!

Also, even though it may lack features and tags people want, WeatherLink software runs and works... maybe not enough use it to have a body of complaints published, but it's all I use, and I've never had one problem with it... It's FTP works! Smile

Just a little update. I have changed my mind yet AGAIN. I'm getting the wireless version, w/ 24-hour FARS, simply because i can only by the 24 hour fan directly at purchase.
