I checked the forum but can't find anything on this. My METARS are stuck in night mode. I tried removing them and re-adding them and it didnt work. Time on the PC is correct. I downloaded the latest version and the METARS icons are still stuck.

How are you updating them, NOAA or Hamweather? I always use Hamweather.

I have used both selections in VWS, but have noticed the NOAA gets stuck more often even in my version of VWS 13.01. Hamweather updates better, but they are usually an hour or two behind NOAA on updates when they are working correctly.

How long have they been stuck? What is the time on them? VWS gets the day/night change from the sunrise/sunset time in the program. Make sure that is correct.

Do you have the sunrise/sunset showing on your VWS desktop? Do they match with a known source?

Found it. I went through the settings again and noticed that the Long. setting was no longer negative. Probably happened on the next to last update about 2 months ago that went strange on me. I had to put back in the internet settings and a few other things that disappeared. I didnt notice until recently that the icons were stuck.

Same kind of thing happened to me in WD the other day when my (I guess I did it???) temps and humidity had been assigned an offset.
