looks like rain cooled air is creating scud cloud on a bow wave in an outflow area rather than pressure reduced cooling from a strong inflow/updraft area causing cloud lowering (i.e wall cloud), which is a precursor to a funnel cloud

but I might be wrong

great that its right bang in the middle of your web cam!
