I watched this video this morning. Good quality, and while it looks big, it does not look like it was very strong as there is almost no dust or debris.
The funny thing I noticed was with the audio. They seem to be well equipped storm chasers. They have a video camera mounted on the window.
They see some fellow chasers stopped and outside their car, "those guys are crazy", but as they get closer you can see the tornado is probably more than .75 of a mile away, moving off to right.
The "crazy" part is these guys keep going, then I noticed, even though they have the nice cam mounted on window, the video that you are watching is being shot by the driver, not his spotter. Now that is crazy.
