You can it get from there sites "build your own image".  Here is an example of a IR image centered on me.  You can change the Lat and Long center, size of image, zoom factor and jpg quality.  This works for both goes e and w.

http://wwwghcc.msfc.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/get-goes?satellite=GOES-E%20CONUS&lat=31&lon=-98&zoom=2&width=800&height=700&quality=80&palette=spect.pal

I put this in an iframe or in a html page of its own then that in an iframe.
