I was wondering if I might get some feedback regarding the recent "mouseover description" I added to my weathercam:

http://eetee.us/station/webcam/webcam.php

I'm wondering if visitors will find it cool or annoying?!?

Also,  I got the timelapse video working decently.  Any feedback regarding that would be great as well (I don't think I can upload more pictures per hour to WU right now - too much bandwidth and camera wear.

I like it! It makes the image more interesting to someone like myself that's not familiar with your location.

What I really like about your site is being understated. While the mouse-over gives valuable information, the relatively large white background is quite stark. Just My Opinion.

Hmmmm.... yes I agree - I was running into a unique problem when I made up the font.  Since the labels are static but the photo constantly change; it was difficult to find a font that was readable at all times of day/night.  The outline helps make the labels more readable when the images change.  I think I can reduce the background and see if that helps.

Took your advice....inverted the colors and reduced the background:

The font matches the picture title now as well.

I really like the labels, they add a lot.  The pic is interesting without them because of the great view, but having some location identifiers makes it special.  Good job!
