Weatherlink USB setup for CWOP

I've followed the instructions on Davis APRS/CWOP page but can't get Weatherlink to upload. I get errors in the log file of "error reading data from the station" followed by "Unable to upload Data Upload Profile 1".

The instructions on the CWOP page says -
Note:  According to Davis tech support, WeatherLink has a "bug" in its Internet Connection software.  If you have not setup Weatherlink to upload web pages to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) before attempting to send weather reports to CWOP, you will have to "trick" WeatherLink into sending CWOP/APRS reports.  In this case, the trick is to "dummy in" the FTP settings on the Internet Connections Menu, as shown on the example Internet Connection Setting menu at this link.

However I can't figure out how what I should enter in the FTP setting to "dummy in" those settings.

Any thoughts about what I need to do????????

An update to my problem.

I upgraded to the V5.9.1beta and instantly began transmitting data to CWOP
