I wonder if anyone using Cumulus has come across this. I'm a brand new user, Davis VP2, WLIP and Cumulus. I was having fun last night uploading rapidfire updates to WU, so I know general communication is good. I made sure when setting up the options for Cumulus that "Use data logger" was selected, which should go find all archived data if the machine is off and later turned back on.

However when looking at a graph today it's clear that when my computer went to sleep the gap started, and when I came back and fired up the PC today, it resumed:

Any ideas? The WLIP has been uploading to WL.com throughout, seemingly without issues. Are there any known conflicts? I have not installed Weatherlink itself to this point.

Is it is only "wind direction" that you are missing?

Hi Tom - thanks for the help.

It is all data types that are missing. I used the wind readings because the dots show a clear absence of data, whereas the temperature draws a straight line between last night's reading and this morning's reading.

I have no idea why that is happening.  CUMULUS has a great forum at http://sandaysoft.com/forum/
I am sure you can find the answer there.

Thanks for the suggestions. It would appear that this is either a windows 7 thing when installing in Program Files, or a McAfee firewall issue. After resolving both (installing Cumulus in C:\Cumulus) and allowing Cumulus free reign in McAfee, it is now accessing archived data.

Case closed.
