VWS Almanac normal year to date precip. Tag

Does anyone know where the tag "^almytd#^" gets its data. It is showing up on my VWS canned home page and is just plain wrong. It is showing a year to date value substantially higher than the average annual rainfall and way above what I have historically collected since installing my PWS.

The phrase "Normal YTD" is an unfortunate misnomer. It's really just the actual YTD precip measured at the METAR nearest you (per the station listed in your climate setup in VWS).
