There's been some in-breeding in those parts I'm afraid... the videographer didn't sound so bright either.

I really don't know who is more idiotic: the guy out in the thunderstorm or the girl video taping him and egging him on. Let's call it a push, and say both should be thankful that they aren't currently candidates for this year's Darwin awards.
