You should contact Ambient... I dont see it listed on the site as working with VWS.   They typically recomend below other items you might be interested in.  VWS not listed, but it does come with weather exchange.   I found some third party links that mention VWS with this station, but you would think ambient's site would be the real answer.

A couple of google's and looks like Weathwer Display and wuhu work with honeywell te-923

Maybe, but Honeywell is not listed at all in the latest VWS manual???

You can try it in your trial, but I would want confirmation from Ambient before you make the financial commitment and purchase the software.

OK, thanks for your advice, Dancing

I do not find in the download any honywell BUT in my version driving Davis vantage pro
i can iff I open the communication and open it choose for several stations,
there is mentioned Honywell stations in the list,so in my opinion it must be working.

in the official download ist however you dont find it,strange in my opinion.

So my hope is that someone is using vws  and /or  cresta wxr815lm  / or honywell te923 or even other honywell weather station.

In case iám not able to get it clear overhere I have to contact  Amient but on amateur base is more satisfying for me. Very Happy

Cheers Chris.

Very Happy  yes thats true irox pro and sinus are almost equal to the erlyer mentioned stations.

I received an answher from Ed employed by  ambient as follows.

NO it will not work.

Strange as in the file comunication within VWS  they name Honywel stations.

Ok than I have to decide an other station as back up for my Davis Vantage pro,
its a great station but extra sensors are a problem, iff you want some extra sensors for your fish pond  wine cellar or terrarium,so Who has a suggestion????? it should work with VWS

cheers  Chris

Sell your Pro and get a wireless Pro 2 Plus and then you can get up to 30 extra wireless sensors of various sorts.

Yes you are right.

But the sensors are not easy to use single  as you need the transmitter part  too ,I have already comunicated with Davis why they have not some easy sensors in there assortiment as Iám shore there is a big market for it.

Thanks anyway for your tip,

Kind regards Chris
