The APRSFL.net 70ft tower cam has moved.

With Florida weather changing this time of  year, and the storms being generally sea breeze activity, I swung the camera around to East - South East.

This angle vantage point looks great, plus with the 28 hour time lapse you can see the moonrise and several planets move thru the sky during early morning hours.

Camera is located in New Port Richey, about 30 miles north west of Tampa.

I have checked it out a few times but the storms have always been inland.
Should be able to see them now.
Did you climb up there and change it?

Yeah, grabbed my climbing harness from my truck, and climbed up over the weekend and swung it around.

The camera for the Riverview, FL tower cam arrived last week, I just need time to get it installed.  It's going up at 800ft on a broadcast tower where I work  Very Happy ...

Watching the clouds and their different directional movement depending on altitude on the 28 hour time lapse is sort of mesmerizing.   Very Happy
