point forecasts

Can anyone tell me how to get a NWS 7 day point forecast directly from the NWS?

Just for you to look at or for a web page?

Saratoga-weather.or has a php script to get the point forecast and put it on a page, or you can go to
http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?site=mtr&smap=1&textField1=37.26389&textField2=-122.02194&TextType=2

but substitute your own lat and lon in the url to read it directly.

Also, clicking on the map on most NWS regional office home pages will get the point forecast.
