Here is my davis 6152. The Iss is at 5Ft. The anemometer is at 14ft. The red pipe is concreted 2 and half feet in the ground and sticks 39inches above ground. The blue pipe goes down into the red pipe 42inches. A 3/8 bolt I put in place before concreting the red pipe stops the blue pipe from droping all the way down. Another 1/4 inch bolt stops the blue pipe from spinning in the wind. The anemometer is set up with a 6332 transmitter kit 80 yards away from the iss. Except for the dogwood tree the next nearest tree is 400 yards away.
