Is there any difference? I know the Thgr122NX is supposed to replace the previous 268....but is it better? I've been having trouble keeping a signal from the transmitter to the base for a while. If anyone has used either of these or has any insight let me know, thanks!

I got a Thgr122NX when my thgr968 died.  it works wonderfully.  However, I am very disappointed with the range.  Seems like it is 50ft. max.  Other than that, it works perfectly.
