With the recent change to https of www.spc.noaa.gov, a script from the dawn of my script writing needed updating to support the change.  Not a bad run for a script from August, 2006 (almost 12 years!).  It was developed using PHP 4.3 so uses the XML handling that was available at that time (so is a lot more complex than could be if totally rewritten using the simplexml_load_string() function that emerged in PHP 5).

Thanks to satcop for the alert that the script needed update, I've replaced the low-level accesses http accesses with curl fetch and post-process the returned XML from the SPC to have https links/images.

Download from the script page for V2.00
