I don't know what language you normally speak, but it doesn't seem to be English.
You must be a little older like I.  The language is called Cell Phone text.  I can only imagine the life of a high school English teacher in today's text message world.  |

Every time you hit his page it goes to a page that says "Webs - formerly FreeWebs.com" . When you click on any tabs on the page you get a page that says something like down for maintenance and that members websites on webs.com will continue to function. Can't tell now if he shut down his site or his site got pulled or his free service went down the tubes.
