weatherlink stops working

Weatherlink stops working when trying to create images. progress bar is fine up until the point when images are being created then weatherlink stops working. Why is this happening, and how do I fix it?

If the first does not work-do the second then third.

1. make sure your files are going to a proper drive/site.

2. do a restart.

3. shut everything down including the console. Remove the data logger and restart everything

Did this ever work (and now it stopped working)?  Or is this a new setup?  What changed?

Can we see (the link for) the site where WeatherLink would be sending the data?

Do you have WeatherLink set up to keep a local copy of these images?  If so, where on your computer are they supposed to go?  And what do you see there?
