I have just noticed that all of the rain data is showing 0.00.  We have had rain in the past couple of days. The only change that I  have made recently is putting in a  gain of 1.25 to get my Davis close to the CoCoRahS guage.  The correct data is showing on both WL and VWS.  (I could have PM'd Steve but I thought that the answer could assist other members)

EDITED 8:16 PM.

I just closed VPLive, and when it restarted ( thanks to StartWatch) the data was there.

I saw this happen once on my station too. There is a rarely occurring bug causing this that I need to track down.
