http://support.radioshack.com/productinfo/DocumentResults.asp?sku_id=63-1016&Name=Weather%20Stations&Reuse=N^^^ That is the Radio Shack Branded equal to the WMR-968. I advise everyone to review and download the pdfs you find there, before they disappear off of the internet forever. One of the fold out feet on my console is broke off. According to the Console exploded view it appears to be item#31, can anyone figure out in the parts list which item that is so I can order it. Also I would like to order the white plastic outer shell/funnel of the rain gauge. Again which items you guys think it is?

my guess. one is the right foot, one is the left??? 7AE 12356531 STAND PLASTIC HC91006 17AE 12356655 STAND PLASTIC HC91007
I highly doubt they still have this stuff, but good luck.
Why do you need an extra rain gauge shell, is it for contingency, or did something go horribly wrong on the resolution mod, or post heater implmentation.

Probably #31 is right, but I'm with Andrew--I'd be VERY surprised if they have ANY of these parts available. Good luck though and by all means let us know how RS responds.

Well I called the number 1-800 parts number in the parts list and it got me no where. When I go to "if you would like to order replacement parts press X" it took me to the menu of "enter your zip code to find a Radio Shack near you."
Next I am calling Oregon Scientific customer support when Pacific time rolls into business hours, to see if I can at least get a couple of replacement "stands" or "feet" I have one that is broke beyond the power of super glue and when I looked for an identifying number on another one(I found none) on a different console, it showed a stress crack.

I called my Local Radio Shack, and they can get some of the parts via thier "RSU" system( replacement for National Parts, I guess), just not the ones I wanted. While talking to the manager he was able to pull up pictures of the parts available and was able to describe the rain gauge base "Base funnel", a number of the pcb boards and other odds and ends. Those items are not listed on their website, so I guess if anybody needs any parts that will need to go visit their local store. I know I am after the X-mas and return season, so I can nose thru those parts, and get some of the more likely to fail replacement parts.

I called OS, they are sending out a replacement foot/stand for my console. They did not ask for a credit card or console Serial Number. All they asked for was my name and address. They said, "if we have the part, you will receive it in 3 to 4 weeks, if you do not get it call back". Not a very good customer service experience you ask me. I will let you guys know if it does ever arrive.
