My station's been showing the same resolution for Feels Like as well! The day that that many digits in a temp reading is important will be an impressive day to say the least!

When it comes to the temp of the house and adjusting the thermostat, I swear my wife can tell a 0.000000000000001 difference!  #-o

You may be on to something.  While on my way out to the CoCoRaHS gauge this morning I thought it seemed warmer than 14.6.  :-)

Reminds me of the "3 H's of Accuracy":

Horseshoes
Hand Grenades
H-Bombs

...so, just how "...close..." do you REALLY need to be/get to get the job done?
