Uploading fine to WU but all of a sudden it stopped, it keeps showing success but not showing any info.

Maybe the part of the output that says &weather=&=&softwaretype=vws%20versionxx has a strange '&=' in the URL and may be causing the WU receiver to barf on a null argument?

Uploading to WU (and PWSweather.com for that matter) uses GMT/UTC for the time.  So when sending from places in the western hemisphere there will be a number of hours later in the day when the date will be tomorrow.
