Updating Device ID & Key

Anyone know how to update my WeatherLinkIP ID & Key for my new console?  Or do I need to contact Davis for this?  My data is not being updated online after new station & console install.

The ID and key is associated with the IP logger, not the console. So no need to update. You must have a different problem. Presumably you have tried power-cycling the console? If so, then is the logger definitely a green-dot logger?

Contacted Davis and they were very helpful.  All they needed to do is change the DID & KEY #'s on there side of the admin software.  Everything works fine now.

Oh, now I recall that Davis sent you a new logger, because your previous one was "pre-green-dot".

If I had remembered that earlier (or if you had stated that), ..........

The way I understood it was it doesn't matter if it's green dot or old older models.  Davis is the only one that has admin rights to change the two fields.  When you switch out data loggers with different DID #'s in the same account they have to manually go in and edit.  It was locking in my old logger ID and not letting it see the new.  I was hoping I just didn't see or know where to click within the WeatherLink software account settings to change it myself.
