I have running the updated version of the ECWarning php script, last script was in two parts, WXWarning & WXSpecial, now everything is in one script, along with the top-warning scripts etc. What I have noticed over the past few days is that when a warning is issued everything displays as it should, top of index page, red bar with warning heading etc. Now from yesterday, I get a Special Weather Statement, ok that's fine.........just a minute, there's no color bar, just a clear background, and the text is left justified somewhat, where's the color bar and why isn't the text in center of it ?
Any ideas ???
