I did some Perseid meteor photos last night and I was thinking...

The photography learning curve is such a cruel one. It is like a roller coaster - sometimes you are screaming with excitement, other times you are just trying not to get sick.

Kinda sounds like golf as well...

At least you weren't "attacked" by Cholla spines! Those seem to "jump" at you (foke lore) when you pass by.

I usually get them when one shoe picks them up and then when my leg passes the other BAM I am stuck!  They go in deep and do not like coming with the scaled thorns.
