County Forecast for Advforecast2?

I am trying to implement a county zone forecast on my advforecast2 script that Ken created, which at the link below:

http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?zoneid=WVZ027

Is there anyway I can do this? I have been trying to get it to work with no success. Of course, towns and stuff have worked fine 8-)
